Air Con not working Peugeot 307

    I had a service done on my peugeot 307 air con in early June and all was well after a valve needed to be changed on one of the pipes. Since then i have used it quiet a lot but the last few days its not working. Surely the gas couldn't have run out in such a short time. Also would an Air Filter change make any difference. Will probably bring it back to the place where i had it done as the guys were sound but i'm curious to what may have gone wrong so fast.

    maybe you have a leak

    usually if you get a re-gas, there is a dye in the lube that shows up under a black light

    Get your mechanic to check for a leak that way

    valves? Did they change the pressure switches by any chance?If so then there may be a leak where they installed them? Can you see if the compressor is kicking in? The air filter has nothing to do with the aircon, unless you mean pollen filter.If it was dirty, it would restrict the airflow but not stop it working altogether.
