    Hi all,

I am on job seekers benefit at the minute. I'm on €144 a week but I've been told that goes up to €188 once you're over 23. Is that true?

I turned 23 yesterday. So will next week's cheque just have automatically increased? Or will I have to go into them?

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Yeah, as the above poster said, you have to be 25 to get the full rate of €188.
