Folks,
I'm planning some renovations and as part of them,I want to close the current door from sitting room>kitchen and replace it with 2mtr opening.
I may want to install double doors at a later date.
The work would entail removing the current Door/architrave, bricking up, then create 2 mtr+ opening @ centre wall location, install RSJ, finish and plaster.
Any ideas what the approx costs for this job will be?
And am I missing anything else obvious?
