Preemptive measures for bonded alu frames

So, it seems very few people want to touch the alu bonded frames manufactured by Vitus and a number of others (not counting ALAN in this due to the additional screw safety element). Plenty of stories online of bonds failing, tubes dropping out etc. Is there some one to simply "renew" the bonding? Somehow remove whatever…

Is there some one to simply "renew" the bonding? Somehow remove whatever bonding is there and replace with a more comtemporary/better "glue"?
