My cows (sucklers) are without water since last night, there has been a fault with the mains and they they locate the problem. When will I need to start drawing water to them if it is not fixed

    Tomorrow, I'd be thinking.

    Hows the weather?
We had strong drizzle here all day and the grass would be very moist, that would help, but nothing will be better than water...

    Best get onto it tomorrow..

It is not scorching I be more worried about the calves, after 48 hours I be trying to get it sorted. They will not be thriving but they will be ok.

I notice with our cows if they have no water or if the trough isnt cleaned when I put them into a new spot , its a guaranteed excuse for them to break out . They might not be as bad in this damp weather but if I was you I'd organise a couple of barrels today for them

you should have had water to them yesterday. i suspect they were roaring at you this morning.

make sure to give the local council a right f**king. they sould have had a tanker to supply you with water yesterday and every one else affected. this is just typical of the sh*te they will come up with. when the new water meters and proptery taxes will come in they will have now problem getting the revenue to bully and intimadate people into paying for them but they will make no effort to actully provide you with what you pay for. this is what we have to put up with now. they will be an onus on people to pay not no onus on them to provide anything in return.
