    Hiya,

I am in new employment since June but recently found out I was pregnant. There were great at work about it. The thing is I will have only 33 prsi paid contributions up until the day I go on Maternity leave, June 2014. I was on Jobseekers Benefit April 2010 - April 2011 and Jobseekers Allowance April 2011 - June 2013.

Will I be entitled to Maternity Benefit with credit contributions or do they have to be paid?

    Thanks for any info :)

If you look up Citizen's Advice website it will tell you the different combinations that are used to see if you qualify. I think one of these does take into account paid and unpaid credit contributions.
