Ladies, I need some help with nursing bras. I can't find a bra that supports me enough. I've tried loads and I can't find one. Has anyone any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance

I'm no help :( The only bras I've ever found supportive are underwired and I don't think that's ideal for breastfeeding as it can block your ducts.

Could you set an appointment with someone in the likes of mothercare to give you advice & measure. But specifically find out how experienced they are, maybe you could speak to them over the phone first.

I've seen this place recommended on different forums

    http://www.bramora.com/

They specialise in bras for larger busted women

I got a good one in House of Fraser in Dun Drum, they have lovely Elle MacPherson ones but they were useless, there is another brand that was great support wise!

I'm not in Dublin but went to an independent lingerie shop here and got some really nice supportive bras. I think they can be much better than the big stores.

I wear Hot Milk nursing bras. I find them very supportive and they're really nice as well.

I have to have an underwire normally and the idea of going without when breastfeeding was a no-no, so I got Anita ones from this website - delivery is cheap and some of the bras have supported me through two breastfed babies. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I only had one problem with a blocked duct and that was when I was weaning No. 2.
