Advice needed on "Summons for attendance of Debtor"

    Hi All,

Ive been through the whole small claims procedure, found in my favour, Sheriff and all and have failed to recoup a penny from the defendant.

Now i got some advice and was told to have a summons for attendance of debtor issued by registered post and to have a commissioner of oaths sign some paper work to back it up.

My question is seeing as the defendant didn't pick up the registered post will the form from the commissioner of oaths be enough for the courts or is there another step i will have to take?

    Thanks,
