I worked there around 6 years ago and they had a free shuttle bus to/from the city. Presume it's still going.

There is indeed - they run several a day, departs close to the bus stop on Merchants Quay.

I assume it's free, you'd want to check out the timetable beforehand with HR / someone working there as it'd be a fairly expensive taxi ride out to Ovens/Ballincollig.
