I recently split up with my partner not married and we have a ten year old girl her mother just took her out of the family home three days ago but my daughter doesn't want to live with her mum she keeps asking me to take her back home what are the implications if she comes to stay with me and she won't go back to her mother

As you do not mention if you are a Legal Guardian or not, I presume you aren't. If that is the case, you cannot do anything as you have as much of a legal relationship with your daughter as I do (i.e.you don't have a legal relationship with your daughter).
