I got the ifj today second time this year :) I was reading about the parlour options the first fella bought the six unit for 300 and paid an engineer 3000 to dismantle and install it. I think he was ripped off anyone I know that bought a secondhand parlour dismantled it themselves and installed it with new rubbers and then got the technician to test it and sort out any teething problems at a fraction of the cost. He also paid some fella 3000 for welding stall work after buying the metal himself  What do the rest of ye think? After reading it I think that I should start making up stalls for milking parlours as a business :)

when we did the parlour here it came to 15k for building it, that included stall work, all concrete, block work, dirty water tank and proplex sheeting we put on the walls
