Try it out and try not to go into it with skepticism. Your own frame of mind has a lot to do with how well it'll work. Also: Try and get (legally of course) the mp3 version, streaming it from a video site probably won't work as you need the stereo sound in your headphones - the hypnosis works by bamboozling your brain, playing slightly different frequencies in each ear.
