Cut to disability allowance

I'm living in Waterford and recently my disability allowance was cut from 188 euros per week down to 115 euros because I receive 500 euros a month from my pension that I get from having worked in England. Are the Social Welfare allowed to do this?

As far as I know, disability allowance is means-tested. If you didn't make them aware of this as a form of income, they can cut.
