I have my debit card linked up to my old paypal account which I cannot get access too. Now I have a new paypal account and want to link up my debit card with this new account. But you can't link up a card with more than 1 paypal account (it's telling me) so would it be a good idea to have the debit card number changed to avoid the problem. are there any problems that could arise with this?

paypal are not responding to my queries..

Why cant you get access to the old account,is it just forgotten password ?
If so,go through the procedure for password recovery

nah, I don't have access to the email address attached to that account. It has been deleted (which I regret) and cannot register it again.

    Access is impossible...

Only real negative impact is t could mess up payments you have set up as subscriptions through your card like Netflix etc.

but thankfully I don't have any subscriptions of any kind. I'll ask in the bank anyway, on Monday.
