Paypal fees and amazon not accepting visa card

    hey everyone !
    i just received an email last night from paypal saying
    "An electronic funds transfer from your PayPal account to your bank account was rejected today for this reason:

    Invalid Bank Account Information"
    i was confused and checked my account and i lost money in my account upon further investigation i found the payment and it had a fee off 1.50 why am i being charged and when will i get the money back ?

    also amazon is not accepting my visa debit card number as it says wrong number i couldn't find a answer to this on their website so i'm wondering do all of you know :P ?
