    Head of the CIA is the country, it was not him by any chance no?

    he was in the green dress uniform there was a german general in aswell

    Saying that, I'm not sure why such a senior officer in such a specialised and technical area of expertise would be visiting Cathal Brugha barracks.

    The general in question was German. There was not a US general in Cathal Brugha last week
