I need a strong door hinge which is going to hold a garage door which is 12 feet wide by 13 feet high so it has to be strong and I need to weld the hinge part to a h iron and then to go onto 4x2 box iron. any ideas? need the hinge to also open at least 100+degrees ( door is going to be made from 4x2 nox iron fro frame and cladding on the outside.)

Whoever is making the Door should be able to sort it out for you. Al alternatively any Engineering shop should be able to make them for you.
The Hinges can be made to open 180 degrees if needed.
That's a very big Door, have you thought about the effect of wind on it on a breezy day.

I would think you will also need a carrier wheel on a door that size.

Have you considered a sliding door running on a Track top an bottom. ?

Another option is to hinge it at 6ft also. That way you have two small panels
    and more manageable.
