Hello,

We are expecting to close on a house purchase next week. As part of this, we will need a large bank draft made out to the seller's solicitor for the balance of the purchase.

Can you advise what the process is with large bank drafts - is there anything we need to do or can we just rock up with ID on the day and get one?
