Silverstone ML05 CPU fan clearance?

    Hi,

    I'm planning to build a HTPC using the Silverstone ML05 case with a slimeline BD player included. I want to use the Intel i3-3225 processor with the standard cooling fan however I'm not sure if I have enough clearance in the case for this.

    Silverstone documentation says I have 50mm to play with if a slim player is included.

    Is there anybody who has experience installing this cpu who can advise on the height with the standard fan combination and if it will fit in this case or if I need to consider an alternative cooler.

    If an alternative is required then what low profile brand would you recommended to ensure low noise / silence with acceptable thermal characteristics.
