    Crazy money for a board when a board costing half the price will give you identical performance and features you will actually use.

    It is sexy though.

    If you're going to spend that much money, go buy something that's actually different from everything else like the Impact. :)

    Im just browsing... Birthday coming up and thought I might treat my self to something tasty.. I do like the watercooling feature it has...

    While I have your attention..What do you think of the on board audio of that board compared to my asus xonar D2x...

    Just thinking I could flog off my asrock fatality pro p67 and 2500k with the sound card and I will only have to pay small money for the new board and cpu...

    I have no idea how it compares but I'd imagine it's no better. It's most likely worse. All the more reason to get a cheaper board. I wouldn't spend any more than €150 for a board. You can get top quality 1150 boards for that money.

    Unless you plan on going for triple g-cards there is 0 point getting a board like that.

    I haven't had the chance to play around with the Impact, so I really couldn't say. My gut instinct is that a D2X will be superior though.
