    Hi

I wonder if anybody could help me.
My GP asked if I would contact Cork Counselling Centre as they have low cost counselling but I cannot find on the internet.

Can anybody help me out or at least recommend a cheap-ish counsellor/psycologist?

    Thanks in Advance

Thanks but I contacted them before and they don't do low cost counselling.

Hi pinkstars, try this one it appears to be government funded, and free! All areas of Ireland http://www.hse-ncs.ie/en/AboutourServices/

Best of luck with everything, stay positive and remember despite what happens, everything happens for a reason. It really is amazing what can happen in your life, if you focus on thinking positive ... let any negative thoughts just disappear ... you can do it! It's a choice you can make, (to stay positive) but its not always something you can do instantly. You have to practice thinking positive every day. But eventually, it will come natural to you. Our moods can also be affected by nutrition, sometimes a vitamin supplement is needed so ask your counsellor for advice on that. (especially vitamin B, which is often depleted in times of stress) Good on you for seeking out professional help. It takes courage to do that. All the best, you can do it! :)
