Cost of having wine shipped to Ireland

Hi there,

ok, so I'm visiting a winery in Sicily this month, their wine is excellent and if I buy €250 worth, they will ship it hope for free. My question is, as this is personal consumption will I be liable for any taxes and or duty? I'll also be buying Olive oil as well so it's not all €250 on wine.

Alcohol and Tobacco Products being brought into Ireland from another EU country without payment of duties must be transported and accompanied by you, i.e. cannot be shipped/posted to this country.
