Just wondering for any of you that had your Dpf removed, did you have the sensors mapped out or did you bypass it using Dpf emulator?

The car in question is a Golf GTD 170.
Im not the fan of diesel remaps and generic maps, so i would prefer to leave the map standard and just run the emulator to trick the Dpf sensors.

    Comments welcome

Not yet, but it will be removed.(Dpf works fine, i just hate it)
Miltek downpipe will be installed, when the dpf is taken out

You're better off getting a remap - you don't need to push it to the 200-205 potential. If you don't drive the car harder and use all the additional power the remap won't cause problems with other components if that's what you're worried about.

Personally I wouldn't do anything until it goes, if indeed it does.
