Data recovery from Ipod Touch Nand chip

    Is there anyone on the boards who can retrieve data directly from iPod Touch Nand chip as main board has been water damaged? And how much?

    Do you have a backup of the device on your computer? itunes should automatically back everything up.

    Thanks for reply, young lad was in Tomorrow Land and they got drenched over there so all the videos and pics of the festival cannot be retireved in the normal way due to water damage, I left it into Syncron but they couldn't access it after drying it out. I believe the Nand chips are very resilient and there is a good chance of recovery if someone has a nand reader.
