book of five rings

Hi guys,

Thinking about buying Musashi's book of five rings - except seem to be a few different versions of it on amazon:

Anyone know which version is meant to be the best one out there?

Might get Sun Tzu Art of War while I'm at it - again anyone know which is the best version?

They're cheap enough anyway, but just thought if I'm going to the bother of reading them it would be nice to read a "good version"!

The version you linked to, translated by William Scott Wilson sounds pretty good. He has written an excellent biography of Musashi that's well worth getting.

Yeah, Ive read that translation, and while I find WSW a bit too into himself, he translates a warrior's book from a warrior's point of view. (as opposed to an exec. say)
