New Octavia VRS - Any Word?

    Got back from my dealer this evening none-the-wiser about the new VRS.

    Skoda.ie lists it as available to order with a price list..but no mention of spec, options or waiting periods. Dealer was stumped as well and reckons it could be another month before they get any more info on it. I phoned Skoda Ireland and they themselves have only been able to order one demonstrator but are yet to be given a build date for it.

    They're currently being delivered around the rest of Europe..! Does anyone have any inside deal as to what the story is?

    Vectra's is the mk2 vrs. Maybe try give the cork dealers a call, assuming the one spotted was supplied by a dealer there

    There was a new one on the CompleteCar.ie stand at IFOS last weekend. Looked fab in white.

    Currently 3 or 4 in Skoda head office - ring Skoda Ireland on Monday or facebook them and ask.
