i noticed that under the window in my room in my rented flat, the wall has started to go shiny! i think there's a bit of mildew or yellow mold growing but im not 100% sure as the wall is painted magnolia! I've attached a picture so if anyone can give me some suggestions s on what to do? just to note that the flat hasn't…
