Car Hire at Faro Airport

Myself and 5 others are going to Lagos for a week in September. We're flying into Faro and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good (and hopefully relatively cheap!) company to hire a 6/7 seater car?

I always use these guys on holidays, could turn out to be any of the major companies but I've never been able to find anything cheaper than through these guys (in Europe at least). I do tend to rent little cars though. 6/7 seaters are always pretty expensive I believe.

My preferred car rental from Faro is ecomony car hire (not to be mixed up with ecomony car rental)

be careful with the car rentals...make sure you know when you return the car to the airport if the fuel is to be on empty or the same as when you got it....some companies can charge up to €120 if you miss that!

I use Argus Car Hire, sends you to the lesser known car hire companies, located in P4 about 5 mins walk from the terminal.
Used them last in June, car was not new but clean and did the job. Had a toll tag for €20, which is probably necessary for going to Lagos. Returned the car with the same amount of petrol as received. I always use Car Hire Excess.ie
A Ford Galaxy in September for a week is €483 as against €682 with Auto Europe.

Cheers for the tips! I've tried a good few companies and the cheapest I found was easycar.ie. Anyone got any experience of this company?
