I'm building a new pc and have a hard drive with windows 7 32-bit when I transfer windows to a new SSD can I change up to 64 bit if I have the product key and the 64 bit installation Cd. I've been on Microsoft's website but I can't tell if I can change up

Anyone got any ideas if I can?
