    Did you reapply this year?
If not did you receive a letter in the post saying you would get it?
If you have reapplied you would have received a text saying they got your form
All automatic payments were made 2 weeks ago, if you received a letter saying you would get an automatic payment and did not receive payment contact them, if you did not receive a letter you need to reapply even if you got it last year,

Yes you need to reapply, every year people who are eligible (as in got it last year and circumstances have not changed) fall off the list,
I work in the area and never heard about not having to reapply, i advised all my clients who didnt get letters by the 15th of june to reapply, automatic payments came out around the 15th of july, check citenzens info for a link to the current form and get it done as soon as possible,

Is it too late to apply for the back to school clothing and footware allowance?

I have never applied for it before.

I'm on a Ce-Scheme and my wife is on disability allowance at the moment!
