Whats the norm for a cash gift when a brother is getting married? My daughter is flower girl, whats the norm there? Would I get a decent gift from her also?

No gift from the flower girl if anything the flower girl might get a gift although unlikely on the day. As for a cash gift try cover the price of your meal as a min and if you have more to give I'm sure he won't complain. There's no set amount.

Give whatever you can afford to give and nothing more.
