Tractor cab rust - how best to deal with it

as above. Tractor cab rusting at rear fender joints... MF690 cab. What is the best way to treat it...iron brush and spray or is there a filler???

I used this in the past on rust with some effect.. Definitely much less rust afterwards, oxide paint on top, builders trailer. Only has rust now where it was scraped loading/unloading.

Woodies, about €20 a tin.
