Help findng a Saorview/Freesat TV

Hi all - can anyone recommend a 26-32 inch tv which has a usb input to play video files a built in Saorview tuner and free sat tuner (so I don't have to go messing around with seperate boxes). Any help appreciated - trying to do it for less than €300 euro
