As in most re-reg accounts opened by a single user that have been banned? If so, no, sorry, nothing like that exists.

At least 150 I reckon. Might have been more but one in particular had that many years back.

In no particular order, and for various different reasons, the list of outstanding candidates over the years would have to include Pa Dee, Scanlas the 2nd, Irishh_Bob, D.R cowboy, OutlawPete, Bubbles, 0s, Mercury_Tilt, Chemical Burn.

    No, they shouldn't.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

For trying to ruin things for genuine users of the site, they should be praised? I am sorry to disagree with you BUT I do.

If you get a perma ban you deserve it to repeatedly try and get back is just disrespectful to everyone else, and frankly plain nasty.

I am with OldGoat on this one. (I would probably have gone further, but my opinion would certainly get me banned too. You agree to abide by the rules when you join, mistakes happen but the rules are always there to guide you)

I'd go the complete opposite way. It's kinda sad watching them try over and over and over again. Either by trying to stay under the radar, or start loads of spam nonsense threads just to try and annoy mods/admin. It really doesn't. Few clicks of a mouse and they're banned again and their threads deleted, and with the amount of mods, cmods and admin, it's just completely pointless. Yet the effort they must go through to set up another email address, sign up to Boards again, then spam until they're banned... then set up another email account, etc etc...

It's actually pretty depressing watching it.

The one I am talking about isn't in that list, and it got so bad that DeVore actually gave poker mods at the time siteban powers which was unheard of for normal mods, but he was getting to the end of his rampage by then so between us we only had to siteban him about 30 times, but he had well over 100 accounts before then that admins had to deal with.

    Happy times!

Think about the mechanics of it for a minute.

The time taken to setup a new e-mail address- 5-10 Mins
Time taken to register on Boards.ie - around 10 Mins

Time to ban somebody- 18 seconds (I think Gordon might be quicker)

That's not persistence, that's a lot of time and effort for very little return.

Gordon cheats and have his right click button set to ban someone with one click only. Then again from what I heard his morning routine is to polish the button while repeating "This is my ban hammer; while there are many like it this one is mine" :P

    I'm afraid nobody beats polmki.

Google him. He would be well into the thousands of banned accounts here on boards, I reckon. But he's done the same thing all over the web, on hundreds of other forums.

polmki is a special kind of special.

You haven't heard of him because his modus operandi is to register, post a pile of hardcore porn and then get banned. Repeat ad nauseum for about 30 hours.

Every time Gordon bans someone, a child in Africa dies.
Could be totally unrelated but I'm just putting it out there.

Aha! I knew I was missing someone! There are only 9 names in my list, and the OP was looking for something of a Top Ten. :pac: I think he hit C&H a few times just before I started modding it.

There was also i_am_job, those lovely ah mods must have banned him about 250+ times.

Could well be him who came back as Pa Dee. Well worth a mention anyway.

    deanlandon is another strange one.

Both a bit special in their own way, but I'm 100% sure neither are Jake.

There's a regular in the Soccer forum who I banned the other day for what must be about the 20th time at the very least. Not the most prolific, but to get access to Soccer you need to invest time in the site. So he registers, uses Boards for a while and then gets banned as soon as I figure out it's him again. Now that's a serious waste of effort.

bubbles goes down in legend because he was the first serial re-reg troll, but in reality he was fairly tame in comparison to some that came after. bubbles was really just a big kid with too much time on his hands. His shenanigans were intended to be irritating and/or funny rather than malicious or spiteful.

I remember ecksor turning up at a beers one night delighted with himself; bubbles had been creating accounts for hours (by script usually) and ecksor was banning them on sight. Rather than sit there hitting the ban button constantly, ecksor wrote a script to identify these accounts when they appeared and ban them automatically. Then he went off to the pub while bubbles was on IRC bragging about how sad ecksor was sitting there banning his accounts. The irony lost on bubbles of course that he was the one sitting there watching a script run creating pointless accounts.

bubbles also sold "CD burners" but when they arrived, they were just cigarette lighters. When the boards wiki page was still active, his page was a good read.

And there was the infamous recording of his prank phone-call to another Boardsie, where he pretended to be a horny young lady...

Logged on using the handle DeV and said "auth me" IIRC. Not rocket science but it did the trick.

He who must not be named.

I'm still a friend of ******* (his name used to trigger the swear filter) but then since he wrote a script to friend everyone on the site, I'm not that special.

Other trolls on boards are not fit to lick his yellow curled toenails frankly.

He is not banning fast enough, or their condoms don't work. Either way we're both over populated.

I feel a bit sorry for people who re-reg so much. I always wonder do they not feel completely pathetic, sitting behind a computer screen, creating account after account, purely to irritate the mods and other users.

Think they need to get laid more often tbh. Or get a job. Or something.

Plus, I said get laid. Not try to get laid by boardsies. That's not what ODG is about, as well you know! :D

Ah, the League of Bastards is still going strong. What happens when a mod is demodded? See one of the old AH mods is not on the official League of Bastards, even though he would have site-banned a few.

Info on Bubbles; http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2054928494 FYI, the word "Bubbles" was once starred out in the same way "******" is starred out.

There's a few names there that are no longer mods, some are closed accounts. :)
even though he would have site-banned a few
If they were only temp bans then the list reverts with the ban.

I've only been perma-banned twice since 2003. They've never copped on to this account and I reckon I've had it too long for them to ban me for re-regging now.
