Where to exchange cash sterling?

Hi all, I need to change some sterling cash into euros or ideally transfer it straight to a bank account in New Zealand from sterling. Any advice on where will give the best rates or the best way to do this? I usually bank with Danske bank but they don't take cash and AIB are giving terrible rates. Very much appreciated…
