Second round interview - case study

I've been called for a second round interview for a job

They told me that the format might be a case study - they hand me some sort of case study of a situation and then 10 minutes later come back and ask how would I resolve the situation

    Has anyone done this before?

How could I prepare for it?

It was so much easier to blame it on Them. It was bleakly depressing to think that They were Us. If it was Them, then nothing was anyone's fault. If it was us, what did that make Me? After all, I'm one of Us. I must be. I've certainly never thought of myself as one of Them. No one ever thinks of themselves as one of Them. We're always one of Us. It's Them that do the bad things.

You could look at various methodologies for problem solving as this is what they are seeking to do. The result you come to may be irrelevant but how you get there is the important part so look at different problem solving methods.
