Hi

Just wondering about how panels work, I know most of them last a year.

If a job is advertised and interviews done, the top two people get the jobs. If for example the person who came second gets a 4month contract, what happens if after their contract expires another position comes up. Does the person who came second get it automatically or does it go to the third person on the panel?
