MMA Beginners Program Limerick

    SharkBait Mma will be running another mma beginners program in September,
    We will have one week of free classes prior to the start of the course so you guys can get a taste of what we offer and register for the course.
    The beginners program will start on Tuesday 10th September.
    So our free week will run on
    Monday 2nd,
    Tuesday 3rd,
    Wednesday 4th
    Thursday 5th.

    All session will run from 8pm -9:30pm

    Hey Ger. Would like to sign up for MMA training. Just wondering where the classes are located, how much they cost and how long they run for?

    It runs for 8 weeks. We are located near NCT centre. EASTWAY fitness gym, ballysimon rd.
