Hi guys only my second day in but just want to check if I'm on the right path with my diet to get into ketosis.
Meal 1: 2 full eggs 4 egg whites 1 tablespoon of udos oil
Meal 2: 1 chicken fillet and broccli and a tablespoon of udos oil.
Meal 3: cod and aspearagus 1 tablespoon of udos oil
Meal 4: protein shake and 2 tablespoons of natural peanut butter

On training days I will have a second chicken and broccoli meal post workout

Anyone who has gotten into ketosis any tips? Thanks

Being honest if you are looking to maximise training while cutting then get some carbs in pre and post workout. Majority of people's strength and focus goes when in the middle of ketosis. Carbs will aid your workout both mentally and physically.
Besides that up your green veg intake, vary your oils and replace meal 4 with another full meal. Best of luck

Think OP is just looking for info on how to get into ketosis?
I'm far from knowledgeable in this field but it looks like you don't have near enough fats?
And while carbs pre and post workout will certainly help you in the actual workout won't they knock you out of ketosis?

Try the Tesco Feta or Parmesan cheese. Delicious and very low carb content.

I didn't think your diet looked like 90 grams but you've obviously measured it so perhaps it is enough fat,I don't know now!
This seems to be a good scientific site for info on keto

Doesn't look like 90grams to me either.

Add bacon, more eggs, and cheese.

Might be handy to pick up some Keto sticks in the chemist as well.
