Is the Visa debit card the same as a visa card?

    Hi cb7,

    Thanks for posting.

Visa Debit card are different from Visa cards.

The Visa Debit card is attached to your bank account and works in the same way as Laser cards used to work - you can use the card and the funds are debited from your bank account.

You can find information on Visa Debit cards here

Visa Cards are credit cards which are not connected to your bank account.

    I hope this helps.

    Billy
