Hi im wondering can the mileage on a speedo clock be change to whats currently on my car, thinking of changing my instrument cluster on a 2001 Megane to that of a white speedo dial with readings in kilometers,

My car has 79300 miles and the new cluster has 222000 kilometers

    Gotta love this quote
digital mileage correction becomes necessary when the mileage on the electronic display differs from the value which you believe to be correct

Are the clusters a simple swap out job

It might be simple swap but occasionally with facelifts or others changes they might have different type or amounts of plugs.

It might be easier to dismantle to clocks and just swap the white dials over.

Those dials would be LHD. Assume they're the same?

What difference would it make if it is LHD
