The above is a module which I failed in UL earlier this year and I will be thrown out if I fail the repeat at the end of this month. Its a fairly basic 1st Year Engineering Technology module but I am having difficulty with the maths end of things like Material Removal Rates, turning tapers on lathes, cutting speeds etc.…

The above is a module which I failed in UL earlier this year and I will be thrown out if I fail the repeat at the end of this month. Its a fairly basic 1st Year Engineering Technology module but I am having difficulty with the maths end of things like Material Removal Rates, turning tapers on lathes, cutting speeds etc. The notes are fine but don't have a lot of worked examples and the recommended texts are US so all formulas are designed for Imperial and not Metric dimensions.

Is anybody out there familiar with this material, I could send out the original exam to give you an idea of the material. All help is appreciated.
