    Hi guutys,
I am looking for a little advice, i have been offered two roles today, both manager and with decent not obscene salaries, One is with Concern Worldwide, the other is with Ryanair in Head office,

Ryanair head office was described as a 'snake pit' in a recent Channel 4 documentary. I would go with Concern myself.

Concern Worldwide - there are a lot more charitable organisations in Ireland than there are low fares airlines
So, the experience would stand to you

I'm assuming those who report into you might be happier in their work at Concern too.

On the other hand you are under no illusions with Ryanair, it could be disappointing to work for a charity and witness any
    dodgy practices.

My gut reaction would be Concern though

    Ryan Air
It is a great training company ,I know of several folks who went in learned alot and went onto greater things with other companies.
All would call out there time in RA as hard but invaluable in terms of skills learned.
