    Hoping to get this course once CAO offers are out, any one attending it or has previously completed it?

    Is there a greater emphasis placed on the managerial/corporate aspect of the course or on the culinary/cheffy side?

    I'm under the impression that the DT416 and DT407 (Culinary arts) share a bulk of the practical modules am I right in saying that?
