I have a Scott Speedster 20 and am thinking of getting some new wheels.
Should i get a dim rim set (Mavic Cosmic Carbone SL) or a normal set of non-aero wheels (ie Krysium)?

I do Triathlon and a few sportives every year.

Am i right in saying that the Aero wheels give you aero advantage but at a weight cost? So theres no notice unless you are actually racing?
I would probably stick with the wheels i have over the winter and use the better ones for races. The Cosmics are 1740g in weight but i dont know what my current Synchros ones weigh...

ok so i have spent all morning doing some research and have come to the conclusion that im probably beetter off gettiing the lower rimmed wheels instead of the deep rimmed ones. Even though i think the Mavic Cosmic Carbone SL look very nice indeed! They are pricey though at about €900!
So if go for non aero then i like the Mavic Cosmic Elite (€299) here:

Which is a great price! but i keep hearing about these Ksyrium wheels...they are €539 and come in at 1520g instead of 1770 for the Elites.

Can anyone enlighten my is the weight difference worth the money??! or is it more than that?
