Northwood Classes

    Just noticed northwood is €189 now for 14 months... Free Classes too. I know it's Sardines but it's bloody cheap! Handy in the winter & for a swim too.
    Just wondering if anyone tried the classes (Yoga & Pilates, Spinning).. are they packed out? good instructors?

    Tell me I wouldn't be the only Man in the classes?! Thanks

    A member myself, cheap alright.

    Classes are good, lots of different classes throughout the day & Sat morns although they're mostly women.

    Spinning classes are a mix & very popular in the evenings.

    Instructors are good & helpful when I have questions.

    Definitely a busy gym

    One of the instructors for the spinning class is my personal trainer, he's very good IMO. I'm not a member of Northwood but I do his TRX classes else where.

    Ger? He's a popular guy for personal training. I asked the gym were they bringing in TRX in Northwood. Apparently they are are soon, so keep an eye out

    Looking forward to TRX sessions!
