Anyone any recommendations on what trolley to buy an/or where? Am not interested in a battery powered one, just want something nice & light, packs away neatly etc. And dont want to break the bank. Any suggestions welcome. Thanks.

Get a push trolley, Studies done show pulling is terrible for your back
Slight twist over time cases issues

Ok, I need to amend the title. When I wrote Push & intended to differentiate between the manual and the powered versions of trolleys. I accept that I have to push it!!

    So....any advice etc.. :)

Not breaking bank comment suggests this might suit...

Never tried one but top of range would be Clicgear and Powacaddy I think and heard good things about them
Maybe someone here has tried Masters

I think this is true, as my right shoulder/neck/upper back area is always very tense and stiff and it's only in the last 4/5 months that I am having this problem. I just got back into golf after 4 years away. I will be getting a push trolley soon, not sure if I will go for electric or not. But my friend has a motocaddy push trolley and it's real easy to push as opposed to pulling a trolley!

I switched from an electric (Golfmotion) to a Powakaddy Twinline 3 push trolley last year and never looked back. It very lightweight but sturdy and folds up nice and neat. Got it for e140 in AmericanGolf

+1 for the Twinline series. tough, solid, but so easy to push.

Bought the Powakaddy Twinline about a year ago now and think it was definitely money well spent!!! Had a pull trolley that was breaking my heart on hilly courses but still thought I was too young to buy a motorised cart!!! The Twinline is a great trolley folds up to next to nothing too so you will fit it in the smallest of cars at your ease.

I could be wrong about this but I think I remember hearing Powakaddy don't make manual carts anymore.

Will do. Quite excited, which is very sad really. I went for the umbrella holder too, total price 88 euro including delivery. If it is anything like as good as the 88 reviews suggest I will be a happy camper, and will give the two finger salute to the 4 euro course trolley dispensers as I pass them! It was really starting to irk me paying 3 or 4 euro for a crappy trolley each time I went to a course as a visitor.
