    Hi.
It is more than 14 weeks I have been waiting the irish visa decision from INIS. I have no clue how much more I have to be waiting decison because my patience is exhausting. I applied as a spouse of EU national and as there was mentioned it needs minimum 8 weeks in order to process visa. 14 weeks passed, though no sign that my visa is processed.
Does anyone know how long more should I be waitig for this issue?

    Thanks

Are you applying for Stamp 4 or for 4EUFam?

The Irish authorities are allowed 6 months in which they must issue 4EUFam. They usually take it to the limit.

Have you been issued with a temporary stamp?

I am applying from another country (Georgia). First of all I have to come to ireland for further processing 4eufam or stam4,but in order to come there I need entry visa in Ireland. My visa application is classified as "accompany eu citizen" as my spouse is EU citizen and all my children are eu citizens as well. On INIS website is written that applicant has to wait minimum 8 weeks to proceed visa, though passed 14 weeks since and there is neither refusal nor approve.
    It's terrible!!!

    Thanks

I see. Yes that's an awful delay.

If I were you I would make an application via Solvit. It's a pity you are coming from outside the EEA because that's when rights, and the exercise of Treaty rights become more dubious.

    thanks for reply.

I have to say that my wife and I are together now in Georgia, so I am not exercising eu treaty for now. I think when I would be there I would be exercising eu treaty only. Please let me know what is Solvit?

    thanks

It's an agency of the EU Commission which handles complaints arising from delays, or other problems, with border agencies.

Solvit can make representations to the Irish border agency on your behalf; it's a free service and useful for people who don't want to go to the trouble or expense of hiring a solicitor.
