Cardio/weight program

    Hi lad I'm just wondering is there anyone interested in giving or making me up a cardio/weight training program for the gym. I feel like when doing a gym routine I'm just not working out all the parts of my body equally. I'm a male im 5 foot 8 inch and 13 stone. So I'm interested in losing a bit of weight with some cardio like running and then toning up by having a proper weight training program. Can anyone send me on one they have or any advice? You also can PM if interested in sending me on a program you might have handy on the laptop. I'm new to this so any advice/info would help.
