    Hi,
Has anyone had one of these bands at their wedding -would appreciate any comments positive or otherwise.
It's for a small wedding around 80 guests so would just be using the 3-5 piece band with the bentley boys.

    Many thanks,

Been at two weddings in Clare where they played, once as maybe a 6-7 piece and once with 4-5 members. Good band kept the floor busy on both occasions.

Slightly better of course with the bigger group, but I'm sure the cost rises dramatically. The smaller group was very accomplished too and well above the average wedding band imo.

Edit: Probably obvious but just to be 100% clear talking about the Bentley boys :), haven't seen the other band.

We'd the Bentley boys at our wedding, 5 piece, they were brilliant. Dance floor full all night, read the crowd perfectly as we'd no song last for them.

We had the Bentley boys. We had the 6 piece and they where amazing. Since our wedding we went to another wedding and everyone that was at ours was at this wedding and they where STILL talking about the Bentley Boys.
    They really are amazing.

We had the Bentley boys at our wedding, in March 2013, they were amazing, had a 4 piece, with Fiachra as our main singer. People are still talking about the band we had at our wedding. I have been at a lot of wedding since and no band has come close to the Bentley boys.

I was just recently at a Wedding with the Bentley Boys and they were absolutely brilliant, a really super band.

Just to add though that the lineup you get can vary vastly depending on when and where the wedding is. They have a lot of musicians that play each instrument and the lineup you get for your wedding depends on who's available and the location. So you could see them at a wedding and love them but the see a completely different lineup at your own.

The Modern Souls are probably the lesser-known of the two bands but I had them for my wedding in June and they were phenomenal. They played for about 4 hours(!) and filled the dancefloor. Their set list is more soul, disco and funk and not so much 'cheesy' wedding fare so if that's what you're looking for, give them a whirl. Loads of people have told us that they were the best wedding band they'd ever heard.
